The right technique for bonded parts
Raybond (A Raymond Network member) a special fastener tack free structural bonding adhesive pre-applied to fasteners, so called bonded parts. When it is impossible to make a hole or to have a rib to fasten the part, the only solution is to bond it.
It is a structural adhesive, which is delivered pre-applied to a fastener for bonding. The adhesive can be easily activated in few seconds.
This technique concerns among others the bonded parts in the interior of a vehicle. With the new concept of glass roofs, we have a new application of a flexible clip with screws, which can be bonded directly onto the glass.
