Values based on respect
Respect for people
The fundamental value, respect for people is reflected by many daily actions but above all, it is an integral part of the company's culture and the identity. Employees are regarded as the main actors behind ARaymond's success.
“It is because the company has so many creative, talented people, ready to meet the challenges that we offer to our customers with quality products”.
In this regard, the management of the economic crisis in 2009 was a perfect illustration: human capital was regarded as the last "adjustment variable". All jobs were saved and this desire to not sacrifice any jobs was seen as a very positive mark of respect by employees.
Respect for the environment
Each year, in June, on World Environment Day all ARaymond companies meet to present the actions conducted locally in environmental matters and share best practices for their execution.
The network of ARaymond companies coordinates and unites its environmental actions within a reference and good practice guide.
Two themes have been singled out for the current year:
- reducing energy consumption,
- reducing the consumption of materials.
Keen to make its contribution, ARaymond wishes to involve its employees in its commitment to environmental matters. Whether it is in Brazil, China, Czech Republic, Germany or India, throughout the network concrete actions are carried out so that each employee is part of this ambitious approach.
