Commitments recognised by an opinion survey.
These strong commitments in favour of men and women from the ARaymond Network have recently been the subject of a large internal survey. Conducted in December 2010, this study involved 4,500 employees, distributed over 15 countries. The main indicator of the involvement of its employees was the rate of participation, which was significant.
The main findings were as follows:
- 78% of employees are recognised in the company's values
- 77% think they work in good conditions
- 84% are proud to be part of the ARaymond Network
- 87% accept the goals of ARaymond and stick to them
Besides the figures, the results of this internal survey confirms the company's values and commitments in respect of its staff.
