Engineering expertise with Raywalks

A Raymond can demonstrate its specific expertise with Raywalks, a method designed to advise the best practise based on detailed observation of the assembly line or pre-production build: analysis includes time needed, parts used, quality issues, ergonomic issues, complexity etc.
Using the results of this audit, ARaymond proposes solutions to reduce the number of references, improve assembly, ergonomics and quality, reduce costs and simplify the overall assembly process.

An example of advanced assembly technology: RayTOOL®

RayTOOL® is an automatic assembly gun, fed from reels of plastic clips: the clips are assembled by the gun, with a cycle time included reloading of less than one second. This process, an efficient alternative to classical screws and nuts, also improves the quality of the assembly process, saving time, assembly actions and weight.
