A local, team-sharing and global approach


The quality approach within ARaymond is broken down into 3 levels:

  • Local: each quality director from a company manages a local project, defined according to its customers, partners, resources and equipment.
  • Team-sharing: the quality managers regularly organise workshops within the ARaymond Network in order to share their best practices
  • Global: a single representative is capable of responding to the quality issues of global clients by working with several ARaymond companies

Harmonising the quality process

Through exchanges and team-sharing experiences, ARaymond tends toward increasing standardisation of its practices.
With this in mind, ARaymond has installed tools to develop good practice by standardising management interfaces with the different production machines. Faced with real cultural differences between the countries, as well as disparate levels of requirements, this approach of standardisation of the quality processes a real challenge for the ARaymond Network.
