ARaymond at the forefront of technology

ARaymond Network is currently the master of three main technologies:

• Plastic injection requires a mastery of the design of production moulds and the injection process.
• The transformation of metal: this technology encompasses the whole manufacturing process, from the production tool to surface treatment.
• Assembly: this process is carried out with manual, semi-automatic or high speed automatic equipment, supported by control technologies. It enables plastic or metal parts, or a combination of the two, to be combined, as well as complex assemblies.

Depending on its maturity and the nature of its activity, each company of the ARaymond Network develops one or more of these technologies.

Specialist in fastening and assembly systems, over the years ARaymond has developed multiple professional expertise:

• metals: design and manufacture of production tools, cutting, stamping, bending, heat treatment and surface treatment 
• plastics: design and manufacture of production moulds, plastic injection, bi-injection, insert moulding and continuous injection (RayNICE^®)
• bonding: Techbond® adhesives
• fluid connectors: Quick Connectors
• automatic assembly
• mechatronics, axis of development, which combines automatic, computerised, electronic and mechanical, and enables interconnecting and intelligent parts to be created.
