ARaymond China is continuing its healthy growth, diversifying its activity both geographically and in product development to serve one of the world’s most exciting markets.

China has just ushered in the Year of the Dragon, which means that according to tradition, 2012 will be marked by happiness, wealth and longevity. These are precisely the goals that ARaymond China has set for itself. “We’re looking forward to another successful year in 2012,” asserts Managing Director of ARaymond China. “Not only is the automotive market, but we are now gearing up to diversify into other markets, such as photovoltaic solar panels.”
Think global, act local.
To respond to these market opportunities, ARaymond China is building a new plant in Zhenjiang, and is also reorganizing its corporate structure with the creation of a series of complementary companies. “This organizational change is in line with the Network’s plan, … It will align us with Network companies worldwide and will increase our synergy capabilities. Our support operations will work out of Shanghai, China’s business hub to steer the China strategy development activities; but our production, including our new plant, will remain close to our present site in Zhenjiang, because we do not want to disturb our employees’ lives and we want to continue contributing to the local economy. It’s our way, concretely, to think global and act local.” ARaymond China today works mainly for the country’s international OEMs and has established good working relations with national carmakers. To gain greater market visibility, ARaymond China participates in major marketing events and also holds several Innovation Days.
