ARaymond Brazil – Suppliers workshop

The 2nd Supplier’s Workshop of A Raymond Brazil was held on March 12th to 15th. 50 companies (represented per 2 persons on the average) were invited. Tatiana Sabatini, ARaymond Brazil purchasing coordinator, was in charge of the coordination.

The ARaymond team presented all the Network’s specific requirements, in order to optimize the processes and reduce costs. The presentation was based on ARaymond values: Pleasure, Respect, Innovation, Collaboration, Entrepreneurial Spirit and Value Creation. The suppliers could visit the plant after the presentation. As all this was organized in small workshops (2 meetings per day - at 9 am and at 2 pm – with a maximum of 6 companies per meeting), it was a great opportunity to meet people, and to talk about market news and expectations for 2012. “I am sure that with this kind of event the relationships became closer – It is more humanized – so we can gain the best ingredients from supply chain” concludes Tatiana.
