Compliance with laws, regulations, and societal standard, in accordance with the ARaymond Code of Conduct and Ethics, is just the beginning. We hold our suppliers and partners to similar standards. These efforts have resulted in corruption risk mapping, enhanced third-party evaluation processes, and ethics and compliance training.
Since its inception in France, we have supported the United Nations Global Compact. We have developed a CSR approach and ambitions that engages employees through events, training, and workshops on topics such as climate, ethics, inclusion, and health and safety. CSR is embedded in our corporate strategy and governance, ensuring that sustainability is not an add-on but a core dimension of our long-term value creation. A governance structure is implemented to manage sustainable topics at the highest level.
Our company was a founding member of the UNESCO Chair “for a culture of economic peace” and an active contributor to explore alternative economic models in service to the common good.
In 2021, we participated to the Business Climate Convention (CEC) in France, an initiative to engage the private sector in taking actions to limit climate change and created an internal think tank on circular and regenerative economic models supporting socio-ecological transformations.
