On June 30, 2025, Antoine Raymond, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since January 1999, officially handed over the reins of the ARaymond Network to Emmanuel Le Flem and Audrey Raymond.
“This handover has been carefully prepared over the long term. We're building on our collective strength and the continuity of our talents—that’s what has always made our company successful,” said Mr. Raymond, an esteemed role-model for collaborative management and Servant Leadership.

The New Presidency of Araymond
Longstanding pillar of the company, Emmanuel Le Flem, previously Vice-President, now assumes the role of President and CEO of ARaymond. He has been within the network for 26 years and made his mark as Managing Director of ARaymond China.
With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Audrey Raymond, previously Deputy General Manager of ARaymond, has taken up the position of Vice-President. She has been leading ARaymond's international development initiatives in recent years. Audrey Raymond is Antoine Raymond’s daughter, and a member of the 6th generation of the family.
Meanwhile, Antoine Raymond has joined his brother Albert at the helm of the family business's supervisory boards.
